A big nerdy shout-out to the developer of the photo app called Lyn.
When you make Google Business Photos, you have to make a lot of HDR images. That means that each image needs three exposures: -2EV, 0EV, +2EV. But my Nikon D700 only lets me put one EV between each shot, meaning I have to delete a lot of -1EV and +1EV frames. How to quickly sort, find and delete those images?
I wrote Lyn, and the brains behind the app, Mirko Viviani, wrote back. I asked if there was a way to sort images by EV. He asked a few more questions. A couple weeks later: BLAMO! A copy of Lyn that allows just that: a new column that allows you to sort your pix based on exposure bias / exposure values. Pretty amazing.
So if you happen to do lots of HDR and you want a way to sort your pix based on exposure bias / exposure values, you might want to check out Mirko's Lyn app. He's definitely on the photog's side!
